What is Pilates

 Pilates is a whole body workout. It is a system of integrative exercises created by Joseph Pilates to improve posture and keep the spine flexible. "You are only as young as the spine is flexible". Pilates builds strength while also improving flexibility. Pilates sessions move the spine through flexion, extension and rotation while focusing on lengthening the spine.
