Sessions are 55 min. Students will use the reformer, tower and wunda chair. Each class is tailored to the student's individual needs.
3 Private Sessions

During the first session, we will discuss your goals for your Pilates classes and how the method and exercises will benefit you. You will move through some fundamental exercises using the mat and tower before moving on to the reformer work.
The beginner student is required to take at least 3 privates to get acclimated to the equipment and terminology before moving into an appropriate leveled semi-private. For this reason, we offer a great beginner special. If you already have a friend who wants to start as well, you may forgo the beginner special and start semi-privates.
We like to encourage each student to do some kind of Pilates 3-4 times a week. This could mean doing 5-10 minutes of Pilates matwork at home in between sessions. Most students take 2 private or semi-private sessions per week. Joseph Pilates encouraged practice 4 times a week to achieve mastery of the exercises and to improve posture.
